Before this

Often when I read blogs I found myself thinking, "for the love of God, if you can't spell, don't write."
Then I moved to LA and started a blog in english.
I can't write in english.

I thought people would be cruel to me.
Commenting about my bad language.
Asking me to please stop writing.
Learn the language goddamnit!
But no.

None of you have.
Because you are the best blog-readers in the world.
Yes you are.
And I -really- do Love you all.

If you want to be my friend you can find me here.
Please do.

  1. I love your blog! I'm a big stalker! haha

  2. hi signe, this post is very intriguing! i like how straightforward you are.

  3. i'm an english major and you are one of my favorites so no worries :)

  4. i used to hate it when people couldn't spell right, but i guess i realized after reading so many blogs that even people with horrific spelling and grammar can have amazing things to say. the beauty of it is that blogging is so so casual, it doesn't matter. it's not like writing a story or an article or even an email. it's almost more of a conversation than anything else. it's what you mean that counts, you know?

i think your english i very very good! i would cut off my right arm to be able to be fluent in more than one language...working on it...

    xx x

  5. Hey! I'm not that fluent either... And the important thing is that you send a message and everyone understand it... Right?
Oh! And I LOVE that you change your profile to that!! ha ha!! (I soooooooo much love your pics!! You are so freaking lovely!!!!) =)

  6. Spelling, schmelling. It's what's in the heart that counts.

  7. i actually like that you sometimes spell things wrong, it makes you more real. haha don't know why.. and i don't know why i'm writing this in english since i'm swedish but i guess some things sound better in an exotic language. haha. well.. like your blog, and i'm sorry to see how benjamin has hurt you, hope you're taking care of yourself.
